What Age Should Kids Start Private Soccer Training?

Parents often reach out asking the same question: what age to start private soccer training? The honest answer is that there’s no single magic number. It depends on the child’s coordination, attention span, and interest in the game. That said, most youth development experts and coaches agree on a general framework that can help you […]

Walk into any sporting goods store and you’ll find a wall of soccer balls in every size, color, and price point imaginable. How to Improve Passing Accuracy in Soccer

Passing is the foundation of every team’s offensive structure, yet it is one of the most overlooked skills in individual training. Players spend hours working on shooting and dribbling, but the ability to consistently deliver an accurate pass under pressure is what separates good players from great ones. If you want to know how to […]

I came to Touch Lab/ Coach Paul to help my son (plays 6U) who loves soccer, with better dribbling, ball control and to overcome hesitation with shooting. After just 4 sessions I’ve seen so much improvement in my son’s skills he’s become one of the strongest players on his team. Coach Paul is patient and makes the training sessions fun. My son is benefiting greatly from the sessions so far and I hope to have him work with him more in the future as he continues in the sport.

We just moved to the area from Georgia and joined a soccer travel club. It was a bit of a culture shock to practice only twice a week instead of three, so we wanted to find some additional training. We were introduced to Paul from Touch Lab Soccer Training. I have a 10-year-old and a 7-year-old who both look forward to training with him. Both my sons look forward to his training sessions, and I appreciate his flexibility and training methods.
